All orders on the website are subject to a 10-15 business day processing window before shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location:

Domestic 3-5 Business Days

International 5-7 Business Days

You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when your order is shipped out.

1. Should your package become lost, stolen, or untraceable, please be informed that once your order has been dispatched, we no longer have the ability to intervene in the delivery process. If you believe your package is indeed lost or missing, we recommend that you promptly file a claim with the shipping courier.

2. Once your order has been dispatched, we regret to inform you that modifications are no longer possible. This means we are unable to change the delivery address, shipping method, or any items within your order.

3. Tracking numbers are included in the shipping confirmation email sent to the address associated with your order. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking numbers to become active.

Confirm your shipping address: It is essential to ensure that your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your checkout. We cannot replace or refund orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete address information.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. In the event that an order is being returned, it is essential to furnish us with a tracking number to serve as verification of delivery. Please note that refunds will only be processed once we have received the returned item.

2. Return Shipping Expenses: Should you find it necessary to return an item, please be advised that we do not assume responsibility for the return shipping costs. Nevertheless, we will provide a return label, the cost of which will be subtracted from your refund.
