What are the gift card policies?

MemhairUK gift cards ("Gift Cards") are valid for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance on the Gift Card will expire and cannot be redeemed. Gift Cards can be redeemed for purchases of products available on the Memhair UK website. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded. They are intended for use by the purchaser OR the recipient named on the Gift Card. Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards. They also cannot be used to pay for shipping costs or taxes associated with purchases. MemHair UK is not liable for lost or stolen Gift Cards. Treat your Gift Card like cash and keep it in a secure place. Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced or refunded. Products purchased using a Gift Card are subject to the standard return and refund policy of MemhairUK. Any refunds for products purchased using a Gift Card will be credited back to the original Gift Card.
What is the difference between 5*5 , 7*7 and 13*6

5*5 - Standard Closure - allows for a simple side or middle part 7*7 - Larger Closure - Deeper parting Space and wider coverage ear to ear 13*6 - Largest lace system - ear to ear coverage 6 inch deep parting space
Will my unit come fully customised?

Yes. All our units come fully customised – bleached knots, plucked hairline and fully styled
What is my Cap Size?

Circumference 18”-21”, front to nape 11”-12.5″, ear to ear 11”-12”.5 = SMALL Circumference 21.5”-22.5”, front to nape 12.5”-13.5”, ear to ear 12.5”-13.5” = MEDIUM Circumference 22.5”-24”, front to nape 13.5”-14.5”, ear to ear 13.5”-14.5” = LARGE
What’s best a glueless or glued unit?

It is all down to preference and ease of use. For everyday wear, glueless is usually preferred due to how easy it is to install (For this, we would reccomend a 5*5 or 7*7) If you want a unit with more versatility regarding styling (half up half down etc.) A glued-down unit might be better (For this, we reccomend a 13* Frontal Unit, all units come with an in-depth visual tutorial to follow and the lace can be cut upon request for no extra charge)
How long does a wig take after I’ve placed my order ?

All orders on the website are subject to a 10-15 business day processing window before shipment. Once shipped here are the approximate delivery times based on your location: Domestic 3-5 Business Days International 5-7 Business Days You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information when your order is shipped out.
I missed my delivery, what should I do?

due to the size of the package, someone will need to be in the premises to sign for and collect the package. If nobody is home, a calling card will be left at the property to - arrange a redelivery for the next working day - arrange a collection at your local post office branch -free to another address in your postcode area Please get in contact with Royal Mail to arrange redelivery.
